   Fantastic experience working with James from Synchro. From the first call I had with him he was courteous, very easy to speak to and extremely helpful and informative. He ultimately secured me a mortgage that I was very happy with. A few weeks later as my purchase was about to complete he managed to find a better rate with the same lender and have the new mortgage installed with minimal fuss.    As first time buyers my partner and I got in touch with Synchro Mortgage Solutions for some advice, we spoke to James who helped us all the way through and was consistently very helpful, understanding and patient. From our first call James gave us so much valuable information and made us feel comfortable, he was so accommodating with us as we both work until 17:30 but James made the time for calls that worked around us. Also our emails were always replied to, if not the same day, then the day after and every piece of advice/answer to a question was thorough and put into a way that made it easy for us to understand. All in all, we couldn’t recommend James enough and will certainly be back for future mortgage advice when needed!
