   Whilst the star rating I have given has nothing to do with the lady I saw for my therapy, she was great, it has been given because of the service I have been given or not as the case maybe. A very close friend of our family was dying and lived away but I had my session to attend to on the Friday, his wife didn't think he would make the special party that was being held for him that evening, I rang the reception and explained the situation to them and asked them if I would have to pay the fee if I didn't attend in this exceptional circumstance, she said the operations manager will call me back regarding this I'm still waiting, I also called again on the Monday as I didn't want to loose my place with the therapist again I was told someone will call you back. That was a week ago and I'm still waiting
