I've used Richard's services for relaxation in the past and although it took me a while to get into it, by the end of the session I didn't have a care in the world! He has since helped me move past an event that happened years ago. He saw I was struggling with it and said "You don't have to carry that with you you know." It had never occurred to me that I could ask for help. He helped me in 1 session to let go of years of baggage and gave me a CD to take away and listen to by myself.
