Really impressed with their service and quality of flowers. My daughter, sister in law and I went into Penelope' s as we had been to 3 other florists and got no where. The lady had time to talk and ask what we wanted and came up with some lovely ideas for the wedding bouquets. They were all ready on time even though it was 9.30 in the morning for a 11am wedding and they looked beautiful. Very impressed!
