   Have used this florist a few times and the flowers are always beautiful, my mum and I used them recently for the flowers for my dad's funeral, we showed them a picture of what we wanted and was not disappointed on the day it was absolutely beautiful !!! Considering they only saw the picture once it was totally spot on if not better ,would highly recommend this florist.

   The BEST florist around! We always use By Arrangement when getting bouquets or flower arrangements, whether it be for birthdays, my graduation, funerals, Christmas and each one is even more beautiful than the last and made with so much care and attention to detail. It’s so hard to get a picture that does them justice as they’re gorgeous from every angle. Thank you so much for always going above and beyond for us! The Nisbets

   I called By Arrangement to get flowers delivered locally (I'm in Scotland) for a special birthday for my stepmum. She was completely over the moon, said they were the poshest, most fragrant bouquet she has ever recieved and is completely made up. Thank you, By Arrangement, the photos look incredible and very generous and exactly what I had in mind. Super simple telephone order, lovely to chat to the florist and discuss colours etc. but I'm sure their ecommerce would be just as good. 10/10

   This is a gem of a florist. At a really sad time, Stef was so thoughtful and such a talented florist. The flower arrangements she created were so beautiful for a family funeral. She listened to all our requests and created a stunning spray for the top of the coffin. The flowers were carefully intertwined with memories such as favourite colours and specific blooms. Other family members also contacted Stef which ensured that all the flowers matched beautifully on the day. On a difficult day, we were able to trust in Stef's expertise and the flowers were perfect. I would highly recommend!

   Amazing service. I've ordered the flowers and it was delivered a few hours later on the same day! Very reasonable price, Birthday lady really loved her flowers, she said they are absolutely gorgeous. Can't recommend "By arrangement florist" highly enough!

   Received this "pretty posy" flower arrangement for valentines. Very disappointed as the roses did look fresh at all. A pretty arrangment but looks like the arrangment was made up about 3 days ago. And not to mention was expensive so would have expected a nice arrangement. They did arrange to swap the arrangement for me, but did not apologise or acknowledge that they was anything wrong with the flowers?. Made worse by the fact they tried to blame my husband who had a picked a "pretty posy" arrangement from on their website- she said these are normally funeral flowers- this is not the case as he had selected from the 'valentines section' on the website along with a valentines message- but this should have nothing to do with the quality or presentation of flowers I received & we could have been contacted prior to making the arrangment if there was a problem? I am glad they swapped the flower arrangment for me which looks a bit fresher but the fun and enjoyment of receiving this gift has been taken away & I did not appreciate the frosty reception and blame put on my husband given to me my doorstep- which was a load of nonsense. I feel they were just trying to pull the wool over my eyes on valentines day, when other customers may not be inclined to complain about such poor quality of flowers on this busy day, when infact they should be better prepared. I will not be ordering from this florist in the future. I feel the picture speaks for itself.
