10/10 cannot give a better review. Been visiting for years and had many tattoos from multiple artists. Jack being my top artist who's done majority of my work. Very friendly and accommodating. Would not go anywhere else, the artwork is on another level.
I have gone to two of the artists here, Jack did the honeybadger and script above each of my knees (booked for more soon) and Beano did the others (also booked for more soon) they are both extremely professional and kind. They are both incredibly amazing to bounce ideas off and they both genuinely seem to love tattooing and being around people (as do the other artists who are often curious and love seeing eachothers work). I enjoy finding ideas that interest them (as i have so so many ideas), working with each of them to find an idea we both love and will be really cool. The whole atmosphere at inksmiths, downstairs where the piercers that often greet me are kind, easy to talk to and upstairs with the tattoo artists is amazing, i feel so comfortable and really look forward to getting more. I highly recommend both Jack and Beano, the other artists I havent been to but are very nice, easy to talk to and i hope i can get some awesome art from them too eventually.
Couldn't recommend this place more! I've had 2 done with Jack so far and im never not amazed! got many more to come, very comfortable environment and very accommodating, if your debating on getting a tattoo and or piercing then definitely check them out! All are absolutely brilliant there.

Jack’s been tattooing me since his days as an apprentice. He’s been an absolute joy to have been tattooed by over the years and it’s been a pleasure to showcase his artwork and see how he’s grown into his own style. The Inksmiths is a professional studio that has come into its own under his ownership. The other lads that work there (Jake, Brad and Xavier) also maintain the highest levels of professionalism and have their own unique styles which brings a diversity to the shop. All of them produce high quality work and take the time to ensure you’re comfortable and are completely happy with design from start to finish. There is a plethora of experience across all the artists. Susie’s an amazing piercer who only handles high grade jewellery and maintains a clinical environment in her room. She’s as gentle as she can be and talks you through the whole process. All in all a shop worth going to for whatever you need.

All members of staff at Inksmiths Chichester were absolutely lovely,, I was nervous for my first tattoo, but Daniel made me feel at ease straight away with his kind demeanour and great sense of humour and I had an unforgettable experience getting my first tattoo. Daniel did an amazing job and I could not be more pleased with his work. 5/5
Absolutely loved my experience here! Everyone super friendly as well as lgbtq+ friendly and had the most wonderful welcome from monty the dog. Tattoo was excellent and aftercare info and follow up was/is great and I cant praise enough. I am not heavily tattooed but any further will definitely be done by Jack (of hearts) but be sure to plan ahead because he is very booked up. Travelled around 60 miles and would do over and over again without question Thanks guys, much love x Oh also, taste I'm music is impeccable
