    I would give 3/5 stars. Positive: 1) Location, easy to access by car, walking,bus 2) parking area size, plenty of spaces plus disabled spaces and a dedicated area for parent and child. Lots of parking bays scattered about for the trolleys and trolleys don’t need a coin/token. Negativity: 1) security tends to be just Asda staff that just wear a security jacket and not a proper security company. 2) I’ve had issues before around having help for my disabilities and shopping needs. Some staff are okay, others can be unhelpful and rude. 3) seen staff to whisper to one another, complain about shoppers or other colleagues.

    Not happy with the service from asda do online shopping for big not to be delivered and phone and complain about the order not being delivered and then thay cancel it just to make it worse it was for today's dinner so the kids dont have dinner today not happy Iwe don't recomend on line shopping with asda rather than help thay cancel your order and leave you with out and out of pocket big joke with them Kettering asda bad customer service. Save your self problems go in or shop somewhere else......

    Excellent shop and great price but there is one worker who is really rude and give you a dirty looks she shouldn't be working around people with a attitude like that.. My husband has bad eye sight problems and asked her for help to read a packet and she turned around and walked away now who wants that working for them..

    I wish this Asda was a little bit bigger as it doesn't quite have the full range so being lactose intolerant I can't do all my shopping here only top-up ones when I happen to be nearby. The cafe is quite nice too but I'd rather the got rid of the cafe and expanded the food offering of the store so I don't have to travel to the (much) bigger store in Corby.

    Terribly rude girl behind the cigarette counter, more interested in her phone than customer service. Felt bad for the nice security guard having to deal with her, she was so snarky to him. She'll never find a husband like that. Don't think she's ever heard of good customer service. Needs to learn from the lovely abby in the self checkouts who really made my day.

    Disappointed as couldn't fulfil my order on a vacuum. Not notified till on the way there and still need to wait for money to be released back. It should show up as no stock when ordering. Good job the grocery side is 5*

    Stars would be higher if the mens section was bigger. But the variety was decent enough of what was there. The clothing area was clean and well presented, nothing was out of stock that I could see. The socks are particularly comfortable from George. Slippers too.

    Good store, polite staff. Seem to have better stock than local asda's. Generally travel to the Kettering store instead of the 2 that are more local for more guarantee we will get what we went for. For the extra 10 minute drive it's paid off for us so far

    This was the first time I had visited ASDA for some time. My usual supermarket had dropped a particular item, but ASDA still keep it on the shelf. Therefore I will be using ASDA for the foreseeable future. I had forgotten the range of products which ASDA carry and it came as a pleasant surprise to discover that my shopping will not be disrupted to any great extent.
