Excellent service from Ryan on Wednesday, really polite, informative and friendly. Explained what he was doing at each stage. Same excellent service from Stuart on Friday, explained all my options, and what he was doing. Really appreciated his honesty in improving my price after testing my goods. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of empathy and humanity received from both, based on my previous experiences elsewhere when I lived down south.

Staff don’t know how to use a PAT testing machine. Telling me as a qualified PAT Tester my new equipment I was selling has failed but they was selecting the wrong test. Anyone can press a button that says “TEST”, if you know how to use the machine and select the correct one in the first place. I think your staff urgently need a PAT testing course…
Part exchanged a guitar pedal for another one got a fair price. Quick efficient service friendly staff explained the options very pleased with my purchase. I have used this shop a few times. If they have got something you want and you've got something you no longer need it's a win-win situation
