   If I could put 0 stars I would. Been using AllPets on and off for the last 19 years. But after the way the staff spoke to me and my mum about our old dog today is disgusting. Been told this by my friends too their behaviour is unprofessional. threatening to report us to the RPSCA because of fleas and her poor large skin tags. (Baring in mind we check her for fleas very regularly) if she’s got fleas it’s due to their work place. It’s not only made me angry after the way they spoke to us but also upset my mother who was there too, telling us we “neglect” our pet. The only reason my dog is nearly 20 years old is because we take very good care of her but due to her age it’s difficult to keep on top of her without causing her stress and discomfort. So if you have any sense about you after reading this I’d take your pet somewhere else. It will be the last time I or anyone I know will take any pet here. (since i can’t reply to your comment i’ll edit my post instead because this is not the case at all. yes KC is almost 20 years old, this build up around her face is common for her and always comes back due to her age, we’ve brought her in with it before but we do keep on top of it. but this time you refused to do it and even bathe her which you usually do. i’d also know if she did have fleas since she sleeps with me every night, she’s shown no sign of having them, we’ve had no bites on the body and we put flea drops on her regularly. as for on collection your staff was shouting from the back, giving rude and unprofessional comments that “she shouldn’t have to wait till she’s 20 to be groomed for the first time” you don’t be cruel to be kind to your returning customers, or any customers for that matter, you could offer helpful solutions but instead you make awful comments and judge how we take care of our own pet, we would never neglect her. your service today was shocking, in fact she looked worse coming out than before she went in. your lucky i haven’t posted it on facebook with a photo. but anyway after speaking to friends and family about my experience today they will not be returning. one of my friends even told me you was threatening to keep their dog overnight and report her to RSPCA because of matted problem, some people just need advice, not you telling us we’re bad owners and giving us threats, upsetting us the way you do. maybe you should consider changing your attitude to your customers or change jobs.)

   Excellent work ladies my little Lhasa looks beautiful cannot recommend you highly enough! Just what she needed as she has a severe illness and I didn't want her to be in a groomers for 2 hours thank you for her 1 hour pamper.

   Animals not kept in good conditions, for example: Small cages, hamster bedding not deep enough, no hamster wheel in Syrian hamster enclosures, lack of enrichment for the animals in cages, bad advice like when they tell people that fluffy hamster bedding is good (which it isn't, it can tangle around hamster's limbs cutting off circulation and can clog their insides if they accidentally swallow it), bird cages are overcrowded, some products sold are bad quality or unsafe ie. Pedigree dog food, scented animal bedding, fluffy animal bedding, Whiskas cat food. I'm not sure if it's true, but I've heard of dogs coming back from their groomer with fleas, too! It's such a shame that there aren't any stores that keep their animals in good conditions. The shop is also cluttered, I've noticed mould growing on the woodshavings that are kept outside on multiple occasions and the cats are allowed to crawl all over everything. They are allowed to sleep on the animal beds as they please but what if somebody is allergic to cats and buys the bed for their dog?
