   Went in today to purchase Naturo puppy food to be told they don't sell this and its not as natural as raw. Ok! I was just asking as I'd seen it on the shelves last week to purchase, clearly now not selling. I just wouldn't go back I don't know how the shops still going to be honest.

   AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! They are selling raw cat food full of egg warms. I had to take the cats to the vets for treatment. I have asked for a refund and cover the bill from the vets and the manager told me to contact the food supplier because they won't cover anything... Absolutely shocking customer service from the manager Keep your pets healthy, don't buy anything from there

   Moved to the area 12 months ago. Since settled we got a couple of new puppies. Decide to give them a particular diet using a particular brand of raw do food. After using internet and another store found out that they supplied the brand as well. Fantastic service as now just ring up and order 20 boxes at a time. Once they have got them, they ring us to collect. Apart from the service, lovely staff and the cost is a third cheaper than buying off the internet. So internet is not always cheaper. Support local businesses like this.
