   Ella, was quick to respond to any questions. Very welcoming! Explained everything succinctly and was able to answer any questions I had. She had a good knowledge of the tenants already at the property and about to move in which is very useful! After signing on to rent a property - all the information I needed was provided quickly.    The turnaround time between me leaving my previous job to start a new job in January in Oxford was very short. I also decided that I wanted to move out and thus moving out of my family home was added to the agenda. With these conditions, I did not envision the process of finding and securing a room/property in a new city to be something that would happen quickly but thanks to OX Living, I couldn't have asked for a better result. I first discovered OX Living via Spareroom and the process of enquiring about a room; securing the room and then subsequently moving into the property was incredibly seamless & stress free due to the open and direct communication and correspondence. I want in particular to give Holly Poulter a shoutout who made things happen within a short space of time. I was also very impressed with the transparency of information that was on the Spareroom advert, for example clearly stating 'Bills all included' and then further providing context to this in the description which wasn't over or underloaded with information. This helped to provide clarity towards a lot of the things I required but I do want to say thank you to Chloe who always responded very quickly in regard to any further questions I had to and who helped to advance my interest in the room by corresponding with Holly accordingly. OX Living is a very professional and transparent property management company. Clear and direct communication made moving out to a new city very simple!
