We have been using Peel Vets for over 25 years in both Hornsea and Beverley. We have always been highly satisfied with the service our dogs and rabbits have received. Friendly and helpful staff. Update - the practise has been extremely helpful and efficient with 2 issues requiring referral to specialist veterinary services.
My poor baby cockapoo has an ear infection (both ears) nice to have a paid consultation with a vet that lasted 40mins (rather than 2 mins), with some great advice (prevention technques) and anti-biotics which I dont have to apply daily myself from a team of professionals getting involved. Thank you!!
Building Works where been done inside the Hornsea vets so all appointments were been temporarily entrance around the back in an outbuilding The surgery was in the same room where as their animal holding cages and even though the vets tried to put a temporary screen up in that same room , it was still distressing for me to try and comfort my cat whilst putting him to sleep with a loud barking dog just few meters away. I knew my cat would have hated that and unfortunately that was my last memory I had with my cat so not a nice ending . I understand possible nothing could be done but in hindsight I should have asked if the vet could have found somewhere quiet in the surgery where they could have put my cat down . If I thought his ending would have been like this I would not have put him down there and travelled to another vet in hull .
My Guinea pig had stopped eating. I rang the vets and registered with them. I was told to bring him in straight away. He then had a dental op 2 days later. Very good service and after care. Guinea pig is now back to normal.
We usually take our dogs to a different vet, who is quite far away! My dog had been bitten by another, so needed urgent care, Peel vets were great in helping! Very quick to get me in and my dog checked! I can't thank them enough! They were all incredibly kind and made me feel at ease!
We came here to have our 17 year old cat poppy put to sleep after discovering multiple organ failure. We have never been to such a caring compassionate vets before in all the years of owning pets. They made an awful situation bearable and easier to deal with even though we were devastated at losing her. Thank you so much to all involved.

Friendly and helpful as always. Treated my visiting pooch beautifully as I expected, helped to calm her keep her settled. Brought back memories of my beautiful but long gone dogs. Thank you for your hard work.
