   We have just bought a year old Kia EV3 from Acorn Kia Crewe. We were looked after by Will, who from the first visit was great - friendly, helpful and quick to check things out if we asked something he didn't know the answer to. He explained all the options and available extras without the usual pushy sales techniques. He even lent us 'his' EV3 for a test drive. As this was one of Will's first EV sales having moved from another team, he had some additional support from Elliot on the handover day. Elliot sorted out our service contract and then helped to set up the Kia app on my phone and link it to the car - definitely needed as I would never have worked it out myself. We also got a good deal on our 6 year old Leaf. All in all a very positive experience with the team and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Kia. Thanks guys.

   We had a fanatic experience buying our car with Elliot. He showed six different vehicles, explaining the differences between them all. Gave us the chance to test drive whatever we wanted, patiently answered all our many questions, & was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He explained the different buying options, was patient when we forgot paperwork & made the process smooth & stress free. Highly recommend!

   I have owned my EV6 for nearly 4 years having been one of the first to take delivery and switched to Kia Acorn Crewe for servicing etc about 2 years ago and the customer service has been great. I have had no problems booking a service, MOT etc in a reasonable timeframe and the experence has been spot on. I even purchased a service contract 2 years go and recently it came to light that there was an admin error on the dealer side but it was dealt with quickly, efficiently and fairly to make sure I was not detrimened. Nice to experience a good dealer who is making an effort to ensure the customer has a good experience. Keep up the good work.

   I collected my new Kia Sportage this morning and this was the end of a fantastic experience throughout the entire process. My sales advisor was Richard Dixon, who was extremely well organised from start to finish and was also extremely friendly and likeable as well. From my point of view I got a great deal and now have a fabulous car. I would highly recommend Kia and Richard in particular for making everything so easy. I would also say that all of the staff who I met, including Phil the Finance guru and Chloe who arranged my service plan was really nice.

   Alex was friendly and helpful on the phone. Sent us a very detailed video of the car we were interested in (we aren't local to Crewe). Car was ready to test drive when we arrived. Alex was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all our questions. He even had a bowl of water ready for our puppy that he knew we'd have with us. Very helpful without being pushy
