First time ordering Had pizzas and milkshakes Hot on delivery polite driver Amazing food Definitely recommend
Had the Worst cheese burger and Ferraro Shake (it was like only semiskimed milk was aded).. Apart from that i had to pay extra 50 to order on phone. Not recommended. Will not recommend I had the same food a day before from Aladdin last night good price and good quality of food.
Order came an hour late, food was cold and when I rang them he had a bad attitude saying "what do you want me to do we close in a min" then hung up on me, I definitely won't use them again and I won't normally leave a bad review but his attitude was disgusting so this is well deserved. Be warned
We have always used here! Was shocked that this time the food and service was shocking! Im not sure if the owners have changed but they took over 1hr to deliver. I called to check in and find out where our order was for the person to say its on its way then put the phone down. Then the food came and they sent an extra mighty meaty rather than a Margherita so two of my kids wouldnt eat it meaning i had to cook again! The pizza was also cold . My wrap, well the chicken was hard and chewy and flavorless and cold... Such a shame as weve had from there for years and normally really enjoy their food.
I used to go all the time but tonight is my last as I ordered 2 Pizza and 2 milkshakes as you are supposed to get the 3Rd one free so I was nice called to discuss this and the delivery Driver was Rude and a lier trying to say he gave me the 3rd one Really annoyed as really liked it here
WORST PLACE IVE EVER ORDERED FROM. Staff have no manners at all and i didn't even receIve my food after 2 hours. I hope no one ever shops here again. WASTE OF TIME.
Absolutely disgusting service. I placed an order and payed. They took my money, accepted the order and made out it was on its way. 35 minutes later they told me it had been delivered and I never received anything. I paid for absolutely nothing. Never received my order, an update on a refund or anything. Do not go here. I can’t believe they would take my money and pretend to deliver it!
WORST PIZZA IN S-O-T SOGGY DOUGHY BASE & BURT TOP/EDGES... ONCE BUSY POINTLESS ORDERING WONT GET WHAT YOU ORDER. Very poor customer service regarding a refund. I don't usually complain about local takeaways, most definitely not stoke grill I've always had the best quality food delivered in a adequate time, but unfortunately on my latest visit to stoke grill I ordered 2x 12inch pizza one I paid extra for bbq base and extra toppings my partner went to collect it and due to a situation in the takeaway she didn't check the pizza as she wanted to leave asap, they had messed up by sending our pizza to someone who had requested delivery, so once getting home i contacted the takeaway to try and get this rectified as the pizza I had was a "hot shot" and how they expect a kid eat that is a joke when I ordered a BBQ base mega meaty for the kids, So they re sent the "correct order" out for it to be the exact same pizza "hot shot" witch had been rushed to be cooked to I had burnt toppings and a soggy base so I called them again to try and exsplain what's happend again and I was met with a rude bloke "saying ring back when boss is in" so after speaking to the boss regarding a refund 2 weeks later still no refund. So anyone who dares order from here be aware some days are better than others. But after this very poor customer service and not getting the correct order after numerous attempts at trying to ge them send the correct pizza so I asked for a refund as the hassle was far greater than it needed to be. I shall not be using them again, lost a loyal customer.
I ordered mix kebab an 5 Peri Peri wing's with chips. Mix kebab was OK not great. BT the Peri Peri wings was disgusting, it had a bad smell like it was very old. Had 1 piece only rest in the bin. Now I have bad stomach pain. Never again
