Absolutely awful company. Leave you waiting for weeks for items and don’t deliver. Customer service line does nothing to assist. Only saying ‘I’m sorry you feel that way’. No help at all. If you want to speak to a supervisor they terminate the call

Had a free maternity appointment with bra fitting in the Cambridge store. Staff were attentive and lovely - must be new staff since some of these reviews on here! Helped me choose the right pregnancy bra, explained options, brought plenty to try on and didn't pressurise for sales. Listened to what I asked for and told them, they even remembered from my online booking that I had a two year old. Got a discount on the bras I purchased too as offer with the appointment. Will be returning throughout my pregnancy for sure! As I paid at the till, a lady brought out a complimentary gift that I was wowed by - a changing bag with mat, muslins, magazines, voucher for my next visit (perfect for the next maternity bras later in pregnancy!), and a wooden toy van which I assume was for my two year old! Came in feeling frumpy, uncomfortable and grumpy, left with a spring in my step and told my husband we were going out for dinner I felt so food in myself! Thank you x
JoJo Maman Bébé is a great shop Maternity clothing, babies and children, with bright colourful clothes for all weathers, you can tell that I shop here most of the time when I need clothes for my little one. the staff are friendly, welcoming and willing to help you out when needed, Would highly recommending shopping here for any baby related things.
So, being an old building the Cambridge store has rather a steep and tricky ramp to gain access to the front door, after my first attempt which can not of gone unnoticed by the two staff at the desk, a passer by saw my struggle and kindly helped me open the door to push my pushchair in. At this point I hoped for a comment or a welcome, but no, they completely ignored the event and my entrance. There were boxes on the floor by the till, blocking the way to the back of the store, at this point, surely one of the three staff would have to acknowledge the situation, but no, again, she shifted the boxes with her foot and not a word spoken. Interestingly one of the assistants was very proactive in helping her colleague review her job application, stood at the till, reading out loud for all to hear and prove that neither of them had any interest in their customers what so ever. Absolutely shocking customer service, very disappointed, I would avoid Cambridge store in the future, others have been so much better.
Great shop for babies and maternity clothes. The fabrics and designs are super. A bit more expensive but you get what you pay for. A total bargain on sales though. Would totally recommend.
I bought a pair of 'snow boots' for my 16 month old son and the lady in the store said they are waterproof. And we very nastily discovered that they are not at all. After a muddy afternoon we discovered that his socks and feet are completely wet in baby changing facilities, then had to wrap his feet to give them a bit of warmth,as it was 0 degrees outside! It was a disastereous experience and what is worse is when I took the boots back they didn't even apologize.
