Using the pool for baby swim classes. Classes are good, however the changing facilities are awful. There is no working baby changing table ,all straps are broken and they look so old I am afraid they could come off the wall. There is one changing table missing ,so looks like that one has come off already. There is no thought put into how one parent alone can bring a child in. I can only dream about having a shower myself as there is nowhere to put the baby . I am from Estonia with so many spas and they widely use IKEA high chairs both in the wash area and for changing . These cost about £15 each new, minimal cost maximum outcome ..

Big playground, all the staff talk about each other in front of the customers. The FM is rude and unprofessional, with no people skills. Unless you catch her on a good day. An ongoing issue, the staff are clearly depressed and unhappy. Management do not help with cleaning, they expect too much with little help. Really is a shame how badly it’s turned. It seems you’ve lost all the good staff members, poorly managed centre. Ignores ALL complaints.

I popped in here whilst my car was still in the garage for late repair. I visited this centre on Monday 27/10/25 at around 4pm. The facility is good, and has free weight gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam. Very spacious leisure centre. What stood out the most were the kind receptionists. They helped me out with a day pass, gave me a tour of the facility and showed me where everything was. Thank you for making my visit accommodating.

I'm just talking about the pool because I have no interest in going to the gym. Let's just say it's never been a very clean place, but with the new management, I'm afraid I'll get scabies. The only things the new management has done are raise prices and make the place worse. They stuck plastic panels on the moldy shower tiles, which took about two days to get moldy too. They only clean what's visible, lest I risk putting something on the lower shelf of the benches. It takes you 20 minutes to take a shower because it's impossible to wash the soap off you due to the limescale deposits on the shower head. They've removed the lanes open to everyone, making them only open at 7:00 PM to be more family friendly. They're called More, but what more have they given us? The filth, fewer booking options, colder water, the smell. Oh, no, wait, they bought some useless children's toys at the entrance, probably on Temu. Why? Do you leave your kids there and go to the gym? I don't understand.

We come here every week for swimming lessons. The place is absolutely foul. It was so incredibly filthy today I decided to take photos in an effort to report it somewhere. The centre is really in an unacceptable state as a lot of others have said. Everything is broken, including broken cubicles, locks, hardly any of the showers work, hardly any of the hairdryers. It doesn’t seem like the centre management want to take any of this on board considering all of the negative reviews and yet no change.

My club train weekly at the leisure centre and the service we get is barely sufficient. Despite our requests the floor is filthy which is important as our sport includes sitting on the floor. Admin is poor as well, our club treasurer has the bailiffs to his home to collect an outstanding invoice which had been paid months earlier. High turnover of senior staff doesn't help! Can't speak for the swimming pool or other areas. Reception staff are pleasant.

The swimming pool is not for sports, it's for leisure only. Medium or better swimmers will confront with leisure swimmers every now and again and feel discriminated. Never go there weekends or holidays if you want to swim continuously without beinf disrupted. There is no culture of allowing the other to do their workout. Only time is weekday mornings, but even then there are max 4 lanes only and even that is resteicted many times to 2 for this or that reason. No information in the booking system how many lanes are available for med and fast swimmers, even if there is only one lane available it is impossible to train, and staff doesn't care if leisure swimmers hang out in the fast lane.

The toilets are disgusting and resemble a health hazard. They absolutely always stink of ammonia from urine. They do clean it but it needs complete refurb of the toilet and changing room area. The changing rooms always feel like they are about to fall down.

Fantastic swimming school! Kids made huge progress since attending the classes, teachers are paying attention to each child and give individual instructions. Highly recommended! They have lovely coffee shop as well.

Perfect for youth to’enjoy swimming without obligation to turn to serious swimming training. Clean, warm, coffee shop is direct on the swimming pool and you can see your little one swimming. Relaxing place. Parking always available for the car.
