   I am the fussiest person alive when it comes to my piggies. I researched so many other places and have tried them but never ever been satisfied until I found Karen at The Warren. It is over an hour's drive from me and not convenient when you have a long airport drive also but the standard of care provided is an absolute priority. I knew when meeting Karen that I had made the right choice of setting to leave my babies and this turned out to be a decision I will never regret. I have 4 guineas and was going away for almost a month. I was absolutely terrified at leaving them to the point where I was in tears and quite stressed about going. Karen sent me daily photos and videos and it was such a relief to see my piggies settle in, get used to their surroundings and bond with Karen. I wasn't just being told they were ok I could see it and that made the world of difference. After 2 weeks though 1 of my piggies became very ill (with a recurring condition). Karen noticed immediately and she took her to the emergency vets, got her treated and provided intensive care (syringe feeding and meds around the clock). There is no doubt she saved her life. I will never leave my piggies with anyone else. The love, care and attention she showed them was like they get at home. Their luxurious suite was amazing for them and the food and hay top quality. Highly, highly recommend and to anyone still looking for small pet care. Stop looking as this is the perfect place.

   Brought my rabbis: Nick and Charlie here while we went on holiday. We got so many videos throughout the week and with it being my first time leaving my pets it made it much more easier to deal with seeing the videos and photos. We now call her Aunty Karen due to my rabbits and us loving her so much. I was so lucky to see this place appear and are so lucky for my rabbits to go here. The 24 hour interaction aunty's karen gave my rabbits was great and was like no where else. 5 stars! This place was so welcoming and she always made time to speak to us even if we was late or she had another appointment. Highly reccomend!!

   My Continental Giant Paddy stayed with Karen at the Warren for 10 days. The accommodation is fantastic which included lots of activity enrichments including tunnels, hiding places and lots of room to binky. Paddy was also given lots of human attention which he loves. Excellent communication throughout his stay. Highly recommended

   We have been taking Archie the rabbit to the Warren for 9 years. He always has a great time in his luxury accommodation, and has been cared for to an excellent standard. It is a great comfort to know we can leave him without any concerns, as he is being looked after by an expert. He enjoyed his recent visit, it was lovely to receive photo and video updates, he was looking very relaxed.

   Really happy with the service we received here on numerous occasions. Thor is well looked after and is always in good spirits when we pick him back up, which shows that he likes staying as well! Albeit, it can be pricey depending on how spoilt you want your rabbit to be! Definitely recommend

   Our rabbits' second stay. Absolutely first class. Very clean & well organised. No worries re hygiene or care. Choice of cabin sizes ( different prices). All ours had plenty of space + Karen provides toys & hidey holes for interest. Karen's very involved, welcoming & caring. Rabbits well looked after & fed healthy food. They enjoyed themselves - came home in good condition. We felt safe leaving them. We weren't disappointed. We definitely recommend The Warren. Thanks Karen. Look forward to booking with you again.

   Thank you Karen for providing such a 1st class experience for our two Guinea Pigs, Carlos and Pablo. It was the first time we had left them for over a week, but we were able to relax completely knowing that they were in such good hands. The Apple Suite they stayed in was home from home, with lots of tunnels and cosy places, and lovely food! They were so well looked after, I would recommend The Warren to anyone looking for a lovely experience for their pets while they are away!
