I’ve had to chain myself to the toilet bowl since ordering from this place. Disgraceful food and they need another visit from food standards asap.
I had a meal from here and had to chuck my chips as they was rock solid over done i am very disappointed about this
Only recently starting ordering from eat house but in my opinion it's the best in town. Clean, friendly and amazing food. I don't often review 5 stars but I think this place deserves.
My experience from this fast food shop was disgusting. I’m an old man who can’t drive. I live quite far from the takeaway. I rang up to see if they offered delivery and I rudely declined. This is because they’ve got no drivers. How can a business last this long if they don’t have delivery drivers?
Tasted like the chicken kebab was a few days ago old. So many better options in Whitchurch and I’m gutted to have wasted one of the few time I get a takeaway here Also I am not sure what was being said by the staff but being looked at and laughed at while they spoke to each other really didn’t help the situation Very expensive for what I got too
Very poor after always using them if had pizza, pizza overcooked very thin and poor quality of ingredients for toppings compared to past ones. Paying more for less and poor quality.
Ordered 3 waffles. All came cold and basically plain to what they were meant to be. Ordered a strawberry waffle and had a dribble of strawberry sauce and was stone cold.
Me and my partner are fishing at hamptons springs and we placed an order for delivery! ... food came quickly and hot! .. the best take away we have had!! Just perfect!
Food was fast delivery and milkshake was good.. however, I was charged 2 times for the payment (my food was £24 alone) and when I phoned to ask they were very quick to hang up. Had to tell the lovely delivery lady who brought my food what had happened as she took photos of the statements and emails. Then, after taking the food upstairs I realized I was missing not only the pot of garlic mayo I paid for but also the DONNER MEAT out of special deal 5 that is a burger, chips, DONNER MEAT and a drink. So I ended up buying nan bread to make a kebab for nothing. I won't even phone to tell them what they've missed because at this point it's clear they don't care. Will be looking into the £24 the owe me. P.S Milkshakes are good. Edit: Just had a phone call from the company owners daughter that made my night! She was extremely understanding and helped me figure out payments and about getting back the missing food elements! Really appreciate this customer service and all the staff who helped in bringing this all around to a happy ending! Thank you Whitchurch eat house!!
