Unprofessional service. Lots of promises and agreements made on a pre-booking visit. Then on collection day these promises and agreements were then denied or not carried out. Which caused distress to both myself and my dog.
Staff are great and have so much patience with your dog, letting them adapt at their pace.
My dog, Miley, has really enjoyed staying at the Hawthorne Kennels. The staff is excellent, the space is clean and warm, and the outside space where they can run and play is vast! She also made good friends with other dogs while she was there! The first time she stayed was as a 'daycare', during working hours and the second time she stayed for 5 days. When I got her back she was full of joy! What more can you ask for?
Our dog loves going here. It is a holiday for him mixing with other dogs. Nice and clean and pleasant staff. They also add photos to their Facebook page so that is a nice touch to see him enjoying himself whilst we are on holiday. Highly recommended

We have booked our dog in twice and he has been looked after very well. He was reluctant to leave, following the staff back into the office. We will use again in future
