   I recently switched to H&T Pawnbrokers for my currency exchange needs, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The team here is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient — they go out of their way to make sure every customer feels valued and respected. I used to go to Hays Travel's exchange office, but sadly their service has gone downhill. The staff have become increasingly rude and dismissive, which made each visit uncomfortable and frustrating. In contrast, H&T made the entire process smooth and pleasant from the moment I walked in. Their rates are competitive, and more importantly, they treat their customers with genuine courtesy. I highly recommend H&T to anyone looking for excellent money exchange services — I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

   Highly recommend, wheb down a couple of months ago (sorry for late review) was an urgent situation and needed a little emergency cash The lady who works in there is a credit to them, treated with respect, compassion and dignity, and was so caring, honest and helpful. Taking the time to explain everything fully, and options and absolutely no pressure at all use their services. No judgement here, just genuine warm friendly staff who will go out of their way to help. Thankyou

   I popped in last week to see if my late wife's engagement ring could be repaired as the band had snapped. 6 days later I have the ring back and it is perfect, as new. As my wife only died in January this ring has tremendous sentimentality attached and means the world to me. The staff and service are second to none, friendly and very helpful. The repair to the ring is first class, you would not even know it had been snapped/repaired. It is now on a chain around my neck along with her wedding ring. Thank you for the wonderful service.
