   Honestly the landlady is an absolute horror. She’s super rude and unprofessional on so many levels. I was here because I’m homeless and placed here with the council. Not only does she often let herself into my room while I’m out but she’s very arrogant too. If I have an issue and try and talk about it, it’s always “Well it’s my hotel, my rules”. Basically if I don’t like it then get out but like so many here, we are homeless and have no other option. Cold rooms with faulty appliances. Mold growing in the rooms but with furniture placed in positions to try and hide it. Honestly it’s a house of horrors. No kitchen facility access.

   Stayed two nights on business. Warm welcome from Josephine the owner. Bedroom was lovely able to use dining room for takeaway. Will be returning in october thank you for your hospitality. Cheers joe

   Excellent bed and breakfast, Lovely rooms, ensuite, friendly staff, lady of the house vey friendly and nice even the b&b dog is cute, would recommend to anyone staying in the area, very close to the town centre also, top review for a lovely place

   I would never stay here again tv doesnt work say can you manage for tonite plus you are not allow food up to your room then you see a delivery drive bring pizza and kebabs the owner shout up to the rooms . To get it plus in one room down stairs it looks like people are living in it and one young lass told us that the owner has throw then out twice and there are staying in the attic room ?? Not a nice place to stay

   Lovely little B&B with really good sized rooms. Nice and clean with the basic amenities and fresh towels/sheets. And very friendly and welcoming staff! This had become my local place to stay when meeting with my partner who lives far away.

   I arrived to a warm welcome after a long drive from Brighton with my lab/collie dog. Jo was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again when visiting family.
