Lovely and neat rooms, nice bed and in a very good location. Only down side is only 30mins free wifi per day.

Really convenient location good size room. (They are currently having trouble with the drains so the room smells like sewage)But if there was no smell then no complaints. Overall a good hotel. With plenty of shops and restaurants around. Good place to stay if traveling for work.
We stayed here with our 2 small dogs and the room was excellent, big enough for us all and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The location was brilliant as it was next to several takeaways and very close to the main roads. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Only stayed one night. Staff and the manager was very kind and welcoming. Located on a retail park with plenty of eateries and a bus service into the center. Very enjoyable stay!!

nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful location excellent lots of food outlets which is great as we ate always working away from home
The room was dirty and the smell was dreadful. We had our pet, so a ground floor room, but the carpet was wet and strained from a previous pet. Not fit to be used. The cost of a pet stay is much higher than other chains, so you expect the hygiene to be much higher. This hotel needs a revamp and a breakfast bar. The location is conveniently near the motorway and easy access to the town. The only redeeming feature is the staff who are most helpful at all times.
