Could be better if the beer didn't keep running out, so you always seem to have to go for the second choice.
The food took 40 minutes to come . The sausages were very burnt and couldn’t stay intact . The toilets were out of order .
A good local pub there's lots of food choices and friendly staff and it's open all day
Always good real ale on and kept well. Food used to be hit and miss, but you'll struggle to get a table now. Bar staff are always welcoming.
Great food compliments to the chefs. Sam was very attentive and fulfilled every request we gave her. Keep up the good work
Refurbished to high standard indoor decor and more seating area is lovely, outdoor more seating space. Welcoming staff on entrance, new menu with plenty of choice, mixed grill and chicken skewer we chose really tastey and good proportions given, all staff very friendly, well done to all to kitchen/bar, waiters and manager Lisa for an enjoyable evening. Will definitely be back.
Great food, reasonably priced, with a decent selection of gluten free options from the starters and mains too (I have coeliac disease) so that was a bonus for me, though the gf puddings were a bit thin on the ground, but overall a pleasant experience.
