Shame they had a live band, but the heater outside was not working. So it was too cold to stay outside to watch them. I felt bad also for the band. They did their best but they were actually freezing.
A pub I have happy memories of in it's hayday. I Still pop in for a pint now and again.

Great live music on Friday night. Outside seating with overhead heaters. Clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
I like the outdoor beer garden which also has a music stage. The interior needs a bit of TLC. Sadly only Draught Bass was on out of 4 handpumps but a nice drink.
Brilliant pub in was there to see a few bands brilliant outdoor stage area massive beer garden the staff were exceptional a cracking pub with a great selection of beers,lagers ,spirits and suchlike so I'll definitely be paying another visit
Great little pub and a little surprise out back when I visited, there was a great band on with a decent size stage and loads of people! I would suggest for the busier nights opening up a second bar somewhere if you can as the main bar was rammed and actually made it hard to filter through where there was more space and took a while to get a drink. Staff were great though even though they were rushed off their feet
Great music venue. Lovely boss and a cute dog. Well worth a visit.
