Absolutely blown away by our custom built beardie enclosure. It exceeded our wildest expectations. These guys are so amazing. Their advice and customer service is outstanding. Its not just a business, its their passion. We also got a tarantula from them and highly recommend them for all your exotic pet needs.
We recently had Christian and his animals out for our little boys 7th birthday party. What an absolutely fantastic time! A great selection of animals, with some fab facts and stories - Christian had all the kids hanging off his every word. We can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend it to everyone!
My daughter had a brilliant pet shop experience here. The pet shop owner is very knowledgeable on all animals. He also put safety first when handle these animals.
I have been meaning to leave a review for a few weeks now. I got my Crested Gecko from here just over 3 weeks ago, and I am beyond happy. She is extremely healthy, eating well, and overall appears to be settling in great. The member of staff who helped me was amazing, and extremely knowledgeable. It was my first time getting a gecko, so I didn't really know what to expect but I was certainly amazed by the helpfulness of the staff members who were in that day. We purchased my gecko on the saturday, and collected on the Sunday, with the enclosure all set up and ready. I was super impressed how much work they put into making it for me. It was also nice to be able to look at the other animals. My boyfriend especially loved the parrots. All of them appeared happy and healthy, and it was lovely that they had signs on some of the enclosures, their names and past history. I love animals, so it was a delightful visit and definitely look forward to visiting again.
These guys are fantastic at what they do. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and so funny to chat with. The patience they have is beyond any. My kids love going and learning about different animals and creatures that you don't just find in your garden. The experience days and birthday parties they offer are amazing for the kids too! The shop side is fab. And above all the work these guys do for these animals is beyond words. Well done guys,keep it up!
So much cheap fun. I think if you are not buying anything you should make a donation. It is a pet shop but it's a great place to have a look at some exotic animals. There is also funny back stories of the animals written on the cages. I think you can reasonably spend about 1.5 hours in there, so good for children. Tank, the massive tortoise is so cool
Love seeing Tank the tortoise strolling around and being able to see all the different reptiles and birdies. Adore the signs around the animals explaining who they are and their background (they're absolutely hilarious and have helped in teaching me!) The staff are wonderful, extremely kind and helpful. If anyone can donate towards these lovely animals please do! ❤
Staff were brilliant, so knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about the animals. We purchased a pet which we have since phoned the shop for further advice around and they were more than happy to give it. Our children attended the Wild Time session which they LOVED!! Staff presenting the information were great, and truthful. It was so laid back and fun that they didn't feel like they were being educated... which is the best way to learn ☺
