The range of pet care is fantastic but it's the staff who make this store the absolute GEM it is, Tim behind the counter obviously loves his job because every thing he does is focused on your pets happiness health and well being. We won't use anyone else. Support your independent shops who are serving your pups and kitties 24/7 with quality and friendliness. Who needs to travel to a faceless chain when the best is right on your doorstep!
Came across this Pet shop in Buxton on a stay in Peak District. They had so much choice and were really helpful. The toy I got for my dog has been his favourite. I have since called and asked for advice and help and they have been fantastic. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you very much!

Visited today to get an extendable lead and some treats for our dog. The service was fantastic! We were helped by the sales clerk to choose an appropriate lead for our pup. He also recommended local walks for us and even gave us a postcode to help us. The store is full of a variety of goods for your pets & has a fantastic range of natural chews for dogs. Would highly recommend!
Friendly Staff, had what we wanted for our dogs. Dried apple with dried chicken dog treats were very much enjoyed by our dogs
My dog drags me in here when we go to Buxton. Lots of toys and natural dog treats, fantastic prices, can get an absolute mountain of natural treats for £20 which last until our next visit!
