   I worked with dogs for 11 years professionally and saw many different groomers. My husky cross is a very difficult groom and I have to say Megan gave her the best groom she has ever had. Did everything I asked for and more including cutting hair around her paws which she is sensitive about. I was honestly surprised just how good Megan was and will be using her from now on as my main groomer. Very impressed!

   Dreadful service. Booked appointment 6 weeks ago. Got a call today to cancel appointment tomorrow. 3 weeks before Christmas. Totally unacceptable, especially from a big company. They high charges should mean they have extra funds available to get agency staff. Animals are precious. My Tilly will be stressed for another month as nobody has any availability.

   When I first booked online the system booked my appointment in the wrong town and would not allow me to cancel online. I had to call that store to cancel the appointment and actually go into macclesfield store to book one in the correct place (4weeks later!) Once the appointment date arrived I waited up after my night shift for that alone and when we arrived in the store I was told I could not have the appointment because someone had called in sick and that my phone number wasn't working for them (it's working just fine for everyone else!) After this complete letdown she actually had the gall to ask if I wanted to rebook my appointment?! Why on earth would I want to do that?! I will choose a company that actually provides the service it advertises and has a concept of customer service!

   My rescue dog Duke has had his first shampoo today and I'm so impressed and extremely happy with their tender loving care of him. I was anxious about how he would be and they took the time to reassure me and more importantly Duke. He's come back smelling sweet and happy. So thank you team x
