   The bald employee who served me appeared disengaged and handled the transaction with noticeable impatience. Rather than placing the items in the bag, he shoved it onto the counter in a manner that felt unnecessarily rude. A little courtesy goes a long way—perhaps some additional training in customer service and professionalism would be beneficial. Kindness goes along way, attitude is not needed, if you’re not a people person get a different job.

   By far, the best pet shop I've been to. The staff are amazing, always happy to help and provide advice and the store itself is spacious, clean and very well laid out. The is a vast selection of items for pretty much all pets, I didn't notice anything for fish - although, that isn't what I go here for. The range of foods available for dogs is superb. Everything from dry dog food (which there's a huge variety of), to the broad selection of raw foods with prices to suit all budgets. Only downside is that I can't use my jollees discount in here yet, but that's something being worked on apparently. Definitely my number one choice when shopping for the pooch.

   They do a brand of hypoallergenic dog food called Wet Noses and it has worked amazingly well for our dog. She has had a terrible time in the past being sick after eating but no issues whatsoever on their food!
