   Once again another bad experience while shopping in your store.. I would really appreciate it if the women who served us would stop huffing and giving me and my sister dirty looks just because she opened a blu Ray to make sure if wasn't scratched and then huffed and rolled her eyes at me for opening a box. We PAY good money to you, we PAY the asking prices for your things,unlike a certain women who regularly comes in and you give her free things! Disgusting behaviour!

   Recently this shop has turned into the 'eBay' chairty shop.. staff clearly looking on eBay to set their prices.. which shouldn't be happening. They're not delivering my item too me, paying fees or having returns ect ect. I even asked and they said they look at 'active' listings not actual 'Sold' listings. Normally they'd have nice cheap clothing, yet going in last week they now have select t-shirts hanging behind the till, for £30/£35!!! They were donated these for free so asking this is very unacceptable. Personally I won't be shopping there anymore or donating.

   Brought a lego set, £30 but was told it was complete and thats why I brought it, upon returning home my son had a quick check and not only was half the set missing along with the minifigs but lego bricks that didnt belonging in the box, returned it to the shop the next day were I was told someone had brought it back as they changed there minds and that prob were the missing bits were with, but for some reason everytime I do visit I'm treated as if I'm some kinda theif and even overheard the women who owns telling a volunteer to keep an eye on me.. I mean how rude is that? Disgusting behaviour

   The customers (many who visit daily) make the shop a joy to work in. Many offer their help and the Charity appreciates their support by shopping at Debra. The shop has different stick every day , thanks to the people who donate items to us. Great place to visit, sells a wide range of goods.
