We came to the Red Lion whilst on holiday and were so happy with the food and service! We had the festive Yuletide burger and sweet chilli halloumi, plus the fudge chocolate cake and chocolate brownie. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We can’t fault it at all. The staff were lovely and the food arrived very quickly. Thank you so much!
Lovely warm feeling when coming into the pub, friendly service from josh who looked after us the whole time whilst remaining busy on the bar. Food was fantastic had a steak cooked to perfection and I'm a fussy one.. well done team and thank you :)
There was nothing wrong with the food, atmosphere, or service. It was all perfectly adequate for a lunch out, and we probably will come back. It just wasn't amazing, and I'm harsh on my reviews.
Walked into a very traditionally styled pub/restaurant. Bar staff were very friendly with quick service on a Friday afternoon. Ordered food and drinks. Of course we got a great offer with a full card of stamps from the loyalty app. Food service was quick and servers were super friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I'd like to give them ladies a special mention and thank you for making our visit very pleasant indeed. Overall very pleased and shall be returning soon.
