    Omgoodness what can I say. My shih tzu is 14 years of age. Lost his twin brother in July. Buster has developed alopecia and a skin problem caused through long term use of steroids. I spoke to the manageress of trentvale groom room. Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I was so nervous about leaving Buster. He looks perfect. He was well behaved. He's been fully pampered. Would recommend definitely and booked in again. Guys thank you so very much.xxxx

    Never again!! Rude and obnoxious groomer. Was deliberately awkward and trying to be clever and dismissive whilst other staff members stood and watched, she then picked fault with my dog when I collected her. I was embarrassed. Not a very nice experience. I didn't go back.
