   Panache Pools renovated our pool last winter. They replaced the liner, installed an electric cover which involved relocating the steps within the rectangle of the pool and re-paved the surrounding area. From start to finish they were efficient and thorough, competitively priced and a pleasure to deal with. The work site was neat and tidy and minimal disruption was caused to us while the work was in progress. We would definitely recommend them.

   I booked this company to come out and re-connect and refill my hot tub after a winter shut down. They did not disappoint. They managed to get me an earlier slot than previously stated.    We appointed Panache to essentially install a replacement vinyl liner to our inground pool, install a suitable form of heating and completing the project with an Alukov enclosure. We found all at Panache an incredibly nice and professional team in every respect to deal with from project inception to project completion. We hit a couple of challenges in the job (completely outside of the control of Panache) but both were dealt with so promptly with very comprehensive updates being provided. The work itself was completed to an exceptionally high standard and it has completely transformed what we originally had. The entire team who attended throughout every stage of the project were polite, courteous and were extremely tidy with their working methods and leaving the job tidy at the end of each day. All in all we would not hesitate in recommending the services of Panache Pools - a fantastic company to trust and work with. Thankyou once again to all involved in delivering our project and transforming our pool into what we can now thoroughly enjoy for many years to come.

   I love Panache Pools! Since buying our swim spa (from another company I must add) we had problems with the water as the jets hadn’t been disinfected before they commissioned it. Panache came out the next day, and Luke spent all day draining it, cleaning every jet by hand, disinfecting it, refilling it and giving me a proper lesson on how everything worked and how to test the water. He also left us with a full chemical kit that we hadn’t been left with before. Then to my horror last weekend our drain pump failed leaving the hot tub pit to fill with water, causing extensive internal damage to the spa. I was so upset and called the office first thing Monday, Luke was out the same day diagnosing the damage and here we are 3 days later with the damaged parts replaced, the pit fully cleaned drained and two new drainage pumps installed, everything tested and ready hopefully for the weekend when the water warms up. Panache really are exceptional when it comes to hot tubs and spas, and nothing ever is too much trouble. Thank you so much guys, especially Luke again! Well deserved 5* review for this fantastic company.

   Having had a Lay-z-Spa for a while we were a little nervous about "upgrading" to a proper Hot Tub. Needn't have worried...so much better!!! Advice pre-sale from Jon was fabulous, delivery and installation was polite, professional, and done with our input as to best location and orientation for our needs (thanks Pete!). Good initial training / support information and chemicals to boot. Highly recommended!

   After great communication and follow-up from Giles I happily bought a compact, high spec Passion hot tub from Panache Pools. The entire process has been nothing but excellent. Delivery, installation and instructions yesterday by Pete and Giles was all seamless and easy. Since it warms up fast, my boys and I enjoyed chilling in our hot tub the same evening. Big thanks to the Panache team!

   Couldn't be happier with Panache. Jon was our point of contact and he was always on hand with any WhatsApp questions. Ended up delivering it at very short notice due to my work commitments. 2 guys turned up and were Really helpful and friendly. Couple of days later a pool technician turned up to make sure I fully understood the controls and chemical needs. I'd actually used an additive thinking I wouldn't need chlorine too. He soon put my murky water right with a shock dose of chlorine. It's now crystal clear and we'll be back in it again tonight (once the kids are in bed). The tub itself is awesome. Really strong jets. Nice lighting sequences and quality speakers that connect to the phone with Bluetooth. All in all = happy
