   GREAT PRODUCT with multiple benefits (as I've now discovered). I've been using the MCT powder for the past 18 months. As a vegan, I wanted to replace my non-diary "milk" that I used for my coffee with a low-carb alternative. (Couldn't just go "black" as I like my coffee thicker with some substance and obvs dairy cream is NOT an option!). A member of my family had been talking to me about the benefits of MCT as a means to kick-start my body into burning fat which as a result would suppress my apetite (craving more like!) for breakfast first thing. (I've been exploring intermittent fasting as a way of optimising my health. NOT from actually primarily from a fat buring perspective but more from the "clean-up" process that the body starts when fasting ("autophagy" in science terms!). As an oil it COULD be used to cook with (but way to expensive for my budget and not currently sold by this business anyway) but as a powder, which is what I purchased from here, it can be used as a coffee creamer...It's great and REALLY does suppress my apetite too! I'm able to easily fast daily (20-4: if you know, you know!) to gain the health benefit I was wanting to achieve AND still enjoy my coffee! I recommend aiding the powder to your mug first, then adding a small amount of water first to stir into a smooth runny paste and THEN adding the remaining water to ensure that your drink is smooth otherwise you might end up with lumps - these can be stirred out but I don't have the time/patience for all that. Can be added to smoothies/shakestoo but I've not tried.

   I recently purchased some mushroom extract powder from Phytobalance and I Must say, that the quality is extremely good. They also sent me a sample of MCT powder and that is also of the same great quality. It’s nice to know that there are still some companies that are still putting out some really good products.
