   If I could give it no star I would. I had my son’s first swimming class today, and my experience with the swimming instructor Katy was horrible, she was very unprofessional, unpleasant and very aggressive. They need to train their staff to be more professional especially when working with babies and how they speak to people. The male receptionist was also unpleasant. I have taken my son to two previous swimming companies and this was the worse experience I have had, absolutely terrible!

   We’ve been going to Water Babies at Holiday Inn for over a year now. I take my now 18 month daughter there and she has become so confident in the water. She isn’t afraid to put her head under and she has learnt so many skills: she can hold on to the edge without any support, she climbs out, jumps in, blows bubbles. She loves laying back looking up at the ceiling which most kids hate at this age. Holly has been our teacher for the whole time (WB do this for the continuity which I think is brilliant) and she has been fantastic. She really packs a lot into the session. It is on the pricier end of the scale for swimming lessons but I feel that it is 100% worth the value.would definitely recommend.
