Amazing from start to finish. Paul carried out a major service on our Mercedes GLE. He also carried out a gearbox oil change (something not all garages can do on this car) Paul is an honest mechanic and I trust him completely to carry out work on our cars. 100% recommend
Had an issue with my wheel bearing, wasn't sure so I took it in to Paul's Auto just to get it checked, he said leave it with him, not only did he check, he called me and quoted me £156, and got it sorted within a couple hours despite being very busy. Other Garages in the area quoted at least £350 for the same issue, fantastic service, will definitely go again with any car issues
Couldn’t recommend Paul’s Autocare enough. The customer service was excellent from start to finish — friendly, honest, and really took the time to explain what was going on. They managed to fix an issue another garage couldn’t get to the bottom of, and the car’s been running perfectly ever since. It’s rare to find a garage that’s this genuine and reliable. What a prat of a driver advertising this company. Speeds in excess of 80MPH, red light running, zero lane discipline and tailgating. All this within a mile and upon emstrey island at approx 4.20pm 29.03.23. Owners please do not deny as caught on film!

Found a private car for sale near the garage. I asked paul to carry out pre inspection out on the vehicle before we committed to the sale. Paul was absolutely brilliant - he booked the pre inspection with a days notice and on a Saturday at a bargain price £60 !!! Only to ring me up that morning and tell me that if his own back carried out a quick check, and it had missed it service, declared of the the road and wouldn’t recommend looking at it ! Thanks paul for your free advice and saving me a trip !
