   I have been going to Superdrug for the past 2-4 years now and the staff here are incredible and today Craig and Sophie have went the extra mile to help me look for my shopping and Keira also walked around the shop with a basket as I’m in a wheel chair and can not reach the top of the shelf’s thank you so much I feel very supported compared to how I get treated in other shops around here

   I am extremely pleased with the service Wellingborough team provides. I shop at Superdrug very often. I have had issues in Rushden Lakes Superdrug a few times, as I am always being overcharged when I spend more than £30. I came to Wellingborough Superdrug, explained the issue to manager and she has been great to me and sorted it very quickly. The store manager Gaynor is amazing. Top woman! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you Wellingborough Superdrug, you are the best!

   Phoned last week for an appointment for flue vaccine. Told by rude woman to come in the following Tuesday 10am. Husband took time off work for this. When we arrived a very very rude pharmacist could not look me in the eye when I was speaking. Talking to the back of his head. Spoke to the young manager was told story that the person that does the jabs was not in. Terrible service from all at superstore. Will never use again. Went to boots and got our jabs there and then. Met with lovely staff there. Training staff would be a good idea superdrug.

   Booked a private flu vaccine online. When I turned up for the appointment I was told the pharmacist had gone on a course & that I couldn't have my vaccine. I was disappointed as didn't even get a call to rearrange. The next day I got a call to say pop in anytime today & they'll get the vaccine done. I thought great, at least they called. Turned up, waited 20mins to be seen only to be told that they weren't doing private vaccines till the following week. Again disappointed!! I told the pharmacist that I'd just received a call to come in. Obviously they don't talk to each other before inconveniencing customers! Needless to say I won't be going to Superdrug again to book my vaccine. Low level service & pharmacist could do with some manners
