   Completely transparent service PC CPU temps was overheating rapidly during idle (70-80+), gave it to Raj who was servicing me that day. At first he recommended saving some money by pointing out how the CPU wasn't seemingly tightened properly thus the Liquid Cooler wasn't functioning correctly (things i could fix at home), but still I asked for his service for comfort sake, preferring an expert review. In just a few hours he found out the issue, sorted it all out by replacing the AIO Liquid Cooler with an AMD Stock Air Cooler, replaced my bad attempt of a thermal paste with his, and now the temps are fine and controlled Was a bit more expensive than expected but that's also my fault for giving him quite the mess to deal with Great place and I would definitely come here again for any future problems Thanks for the repair!

   I started to have issues with my Asus Laptop keyboard when the power button stopped working and I figured out that the issue was the keyboard. I was not confident in replacing this myself due to the keyboard being under all of the components in my laptop. One place I tried told me that they did not have Asus parts and recommended that I contact Total Fix Technology. I was a little hesitant at first because Total Fix appeared to specialise in TV repairs, but I did not want to replace my laptop and so decided to give Total Fix a try. I found that the best way to contact Total Fix is by telephone or going into the shop. I spoke to Raj and he confirmed that he would be able to help me and would need to order a replacement keyboard. Raj quoted me a price and I took my laptop in to the shop so that he could ensure that he would order the correct part. Raj told me that the part would be coming from China and he provided an estimated time frame. I paid a small deposit and was contacted as soon as the keyboard arrived two weeks later, the exact amount of time I was told I would be waiting. Because I need my laptop for work, Raj said that he would be able to replace the keyboard on the same day that I took the laptop in for the repair and he was true to his word. I now have a working keyboard again and have saved the cost of buying a replacement laptop. I paid the exact price that was initially quoted and I found the price to be very fair, given the work involved. I found Raj to be very thorough and he even ensured that I knew to protect the screen of the laptop (when closed) for a few days while the glue settled. I would definitely recommend Total Fix to anyone needing a repair to their laptop, or any other electrical device (it is worth asking). The prices are fair, the repairs thorough and Raj keeps you fully up to date and is able to work within your timetable, despite him being quite busy. 5*

   They were good. Had to wait a couple of weeks for them to receive pieces they needed to fix my TV, from China, which was not problem. The only reason not giving 5 stars is because of two things. One - they took my remote and I didn’t get the original one back and the one I got back is quite dirty. 2 - the back of my TV stand is missing, I’m guessing where the TV was taken apart? I’m not sure why it couldn’t have been put back on, it looks quite ugly now without the back. At least it isn’t at the front. Overall good experience though, good to get my tv fixed.
