Fantastic, punctual and efficient service, contacted by 8am, arrived ready to save the day by 9am. Always use coldtemp when we have problems with our fridges, no complaints!
We requested the company to visit one of manufactured fridges to repair. Parts specific to the unit were sent onsite in order to replace it as it was an easy fix under warranty. The customer told the engineer he wanted a refund instead so the engineer wrote his report to the customer instead of us: "I hope this helps with getting your money back." Totally unprofessional since we were the ones paying the invoice at the same time and not the end user. WASTE OF TIME.
