   Had harry come out and give us a quote prior to having a new worchester boche heating system fitted he gave us plenty of options with his reccomendations for it , after accepting the quote john was sent to do the install over 4 days absolutly fantastic guy super knowlegable ,polite and friendly fully installed the boiler ,thermostatic valves on all my radiators as well as 2 brand new ones, beautifully piped up to the point it seems like a shame it will be covered , talked us through every step of the process and work super tidy and efficently , i would recommend MCS to everyone who will hear it , [on a side note for harry give john a raise !! Lol ] again we could not be happier with the service and install we received

   I can wholeheartedly recommend MCS. I have just had a Worcester combi boiler fitted by Jon, and Rob who joined him for part of the job. I was consulted on all aspects of the job, and given explanations to why something was being done and whether I was happy with this. The job was done professionally and neatly.    We recently had the underfloor heating power flushed and an air conditioning unit installed by Rob and Craig of MSC Heating & Plumbing Ltd. What professional people they are from Harry providing the quotes, Tina scheduling the jobs to Rob & Craig undertaking the installations absolutely excellent 5 star. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, professional, friendly and helpful. No mess, no fuss simply got on with the job didn’t even wake the cat. Highly recommended and we will be taking out MCS cover upon our British Gas cover expiring (BG don’t cover underfloor heating). Well done and thank you all.

   We have just had the pleasure of Rob visiting our home on a Sunday lunch time to fix our "no hot water issue". We were delighted with the service Rob gave to us - he fixed the issue and was very informative and detailed with how and why the problem happened. We were even given a quote at the same time for how we can have the problem fixed long-term which we were very impressed with. We highly recommend MCS and Rob.    Craig the engineer arrived at the arranged time and worked efficiently. Although he had a personal appointment, he made sure that we had water and heating before he left. The following morning he arrived on time and continued to flush the system. He was pleasant and well mannered and when he finished he explained how to operate the boiler, then did a very good job of cleaning the area he had worked in. Well done Craig and thank you for a job well done.

   Used MCS today (on a friend's recommendation) for an emergency boiler call out. The customer service was great during the initial phone call. Nathan the engineer came out at 9pm, quickly identified and rectified the fault and we now have a leak free boiler with heating and hot water and no nasty extra charges for expensive parts. Cannot recommend highly enough!! Thank you MCS and particularly Nathan for a job well done!!
