   Absolutly shocking company. Was forced to use by my insurance, they then damaged my car further, refused to fix it. Had to go through my insurance to fix at my cost. Joke of a company. Stay well clear.

   Avoid at all costs!!! The 1 star is too generous to this cowboy garage. Absolutely shocking repair that ends up costing thousands to us all when we renew our insurance every year. They did a botch job, that they botch again to rectify when I rejected my car back. Independent assessor was appointed by the insurer and confirmed the extremely poor quality of the repair. They put a bumper trim on but left all the damaged parts still broken inside the vehicle. This left myself and my family’s safety vulnerable as the bumper could not do its job if we were to be in an accident. Admiral have since approved the repair of my vehicle by a proper garage that used genuine parts and fixed the mess FMG Crewe left me with. It is absolutely disgusting that this people trade still, and leave people vulnerable with repairs that leave the cars unsafe for road use. I am raising a formal complaint with trading standards that will hopefully help people not get caught out like I did. Be warned about this garage!

   Great experience with FMG Crewe and can’t thank the team enough for repairing the damage to my car. It looks like there had been no accident at all! Whenever I called there was never a wait on the team picking up the phone. When my car was booked in to be fixed they picked it up and delivered a courtesy car on a carrier and after repairs were completed dropped my car off at my house. Thank you to the team at FMG Crewe!

   My car was repaired through insurance (Admiral) at this garage. Very unhappy with service provided. My car had to go to FMG three separate times in total. My car was returned to me the first time in an unroadworthy state. Bumper loose and knocking sound which wasn’t present pre-crash. The second time the knocking noise was even worse, despite me notifying them of the fault. My engine then fell onto my gearbox whilst I was driving… An engine mount, which was damaged in the crash, had failed. The final time my car was being repaired I was told of a new fault which was not accident related. FMG could repair the fault but they would have to diagnose further. Diagnosis and repair would, of course, be out of my pocket, and not covered by the insurance. I declined as I had no faith in their repairs. After I had my car back, I took it to my own mechanic. They could not find the fault FMG ‘found’. The part FMG found to be faulty was in fact perfectly sound. Thanks FMG(!)
