Lots of whinging minnies on here leaving negative comments, get yourself a life and find somewhere else to buy your lunch. I found this establishment and its staff to be very helpful. It was well stocked, clean, good on the pocket and overall a very welcoming store.
I really like everything at welcome co-op I never really had a problem there other than one, I had an interaction with a very unprofessional staff member named Adam. He doesn't know how to talk to a customer and comes off very rude. His no help arrogant attitude just made my experience there very weird and off putting . I hope you can improve that guys attitude
Very expensive, amex doesn't work, coop member card doesn't work. The best side they have a free cash machine outside. Also there is Jimmy's Kebap outside. The good things are out of this Coop. Forexample even post office is in a very bad situation because it is inside.
Almost everything in this shop is much more expensive than anywhere else. These have a detrimental impact as it is the only place in the whole Cranfield University campus to buy food. I am glad that I don't live here. It is sad how they exploit those who can't access other places to buy groceries.
The groceries here are quite expensive, and unfortunately, we all found ourselves here out of necessity. It's disappointing to see the lack of value from the Green Welcome Coop.
Expensive and very less number of sandwich varieties in meal deal that too we need to spend 3.75GBP. Only reason for it to continuously running is there is no other options in the location.
Staff are horrendous, post office is inexplicably closed every time I visit, no apology or explanation, just barked at to come back tomorrow. Staff are generally useless and spend more time chatting amongst themselves than serving you. Honestly save your time and drive to the village, there are better shopped stores with staff who actually want to serve you. Under new name, still just as useless. They have ONE staff member trained for post office, if she is on holiday or sick the post office is closed. There is no way of knowing without turning up and being told to go away by the staff. Why not train all staff on post office duties? The mind boggles.
Usually quite busy but the staff are polite and friendly. Post Office service can be very slow though and there's not always a suitable place to stand in queue.
The post office works great. Between 11am and 1pm is quite busy but in general the staff is quite efficient. Such a relief to have a post office in the Campus.
I have used the services of this post-office a lot. It is so helpful to have a post-office on-campus. If you don't have enough time, do not go there at 9am or 12-2pm. The least crowded time to go there is about 10am. Highly recommended to use it.
