   Think I may have found my new local...After being misled and let down by National Tyres up the road on numerous occasions these folks came through. They fitted me in last minute, adapted as I asked for more work to be done, and all with a confidence inducing voice of certainty and professionalism. Well done HTR!

   Highly recommend this garage. From the minute I made contact with Kevin to the very end of the service it was outstanding. I couldn't ask for a better service and the fact they got the part and fixed the car within a couple of hours as they knew I needed the car for the next day. They all went out their way to get it fixed and the service was excellent. Won't go anywhere else now. Thank you to Kevin and his team. Excellent service . A huge thank you to this garage.

   Repair to my car . Cost over £200. Within 2 weeks part fell off on motorway. Dangerous. They blamed me said it was my fault. Never again. Unhappy.

   Took my car in with complete sudden loss of power, turns out the Turbo had completely failed. Car was ready the next day and has never run so well as it does now. Very helpful and reasonable. I wouldn't trust any other local garage.

   Extremely bad service , rude staff. I’ve never had a worse experience than dealing with this mechanic, I had my rear wheel bearing changed, they accidentally cut my handbrake wire and charged me for their mistake, I noticed the sound was still there a week later, I went to another mechanic after a month to get it inspected, found out they haven’t tightened the hub and it was loose which could of led to major damage, took it back to them they were rude about it and said that there sorry. Now a few months on the Wheel bearing has collapsed and I was told by a very respected and experienced mechanic that, it is very likely that the wheel bearing went bad after I drove the car for a month with it being loosened and not tightened, and that it is almost impossible that a wheel bearing is faulty as it’s a very simple part. The garage is being extremely rude and not willing to negotiate and take responsibility. When I politely asked them why they are charging me for the same job which paid for and wasn’t done properly the first time, they turned around and said take your car and we don’t want to fix it for you. I would not recommend them , but strongly advise avoid them ! People like that shouldn’t be able to do business.
