I would say that they understand that looking after the customer will entice them to keep coming back. Been going to this garage for years and never had a bad experience - strongly recommended.
As a first time customer I cannot praise this garage enough, very pleasant guys who do not rip you off. Very reasonable prices and got me in the same day. I WILL definitely be using them again. ALSO they are about the only local garage I have found who will service Automatic Gearboxes.
Absolutely lovely mechanics who took our car at very short notice (within 30mins of calling them) to fix our air con. A part was ordered and arrived whilst we waited and we were on our way. A job well done and very reasonable price. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
