I have used Alex on a number of properties. He is punctual, polite, and always has a smile. He has a vast range of tools and equipment at his disposal and does such a neat and tidy job, never leaving spot of any dirt behind. He has allowed me to 'see' what the issue are, using his special camera equipment and has even provided me with photos. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Alex is amazing! Extremely professional; spoke to me with respect. (Worth 5 stars for that) Cleared the drain within minutes and unblocked bath plug hole.
