My ring was found faulty by resizing and Tracey ( the manager) was excellent at sorting out the issue going beyond and above as we had originally misplaced the receipts and spent her time trying to find it on the system and ringing back and forth with updates. Tracey managed to sort out a ring in a exchanged and was very nice about the whole situation. I am so grateful of the good customer service and the patience she had with the whole situation so thank you
Jo and Tracey were extremely helpful and very pleasant people. They both helped me with a couple of watches I purchased over a few weeks. I highly recommended going to see them if your on the lookout for some jewellery.
Popped in today to view a ring we had seen online that had been catching our eye for months. Staff were super friendly, very attentive and helpful without being pushy. All the team present were nothing but wonderful, a special mention to Tracey for providing wonderful service and showing impressive intuition regarding the rings and her customers. We will definitely return for wedding rings.

Came in for advice about an issue with some jewellery I had bought from another branch. Was given half-interested advice and basically brushed off. Ended up injuring myself trying to follow this advice, so returned the item a few days later. I found the reception quite frosty and they didn't think to apologise for the inconvenience or the injury caused, and as I left the store I got grumpy stares from 3 of the women, which is not what I would expect from a high-end retailer at all. Yes, it's frustrating when you are dealing with a return but I'm still a customer and the customer experience should be just as excellent whether I'm returning something or spending money with you. Please improve your attitudes and learn to smile and be polite. I will be going elsewhere for future purchases.
