Went in today and bought a £300 citizen watch and was discreetly sold the display one. She didn’t even tell me it was the display one and put it in a box and sent me on my way. She didn’t even size the watch to me ether. When I came back in once I’d realised what had happened, I asked why I’d been sold the display one I was told that this is what they do. she had a very rude demeanour. I explained to her that the watch was covered in marks and was not a new watch.. all she said was “well what do you want me to do about it” disgusting attitude needs sorting. Do better
Went to get my Breitlings bracelet swapped around since it was on the wrong way, the guy took about 10 minutes and completely scratched up the watch while doing it ;( all I got in return was him charging nothing for it. Very upset since this is a very expensive watch, which was treated so recklessly
Fantastic service by Nicky, nothing was too much trouble! She amended by watch strap 3 times because I couldn’t decide on the length! Definitely recommend

Terrible service. A month to get a quote. Promises to call me, not carried out. Wrong information given, a different customers details given. Patronising staff member. Very expensive quote too. EDIT in the name of fairness.... following a discussion with customer service, i am not so annoyed.
