Have recently been back and forth to Skinnh Wrists regularly to organise our wedding jewellery. We had our wedding bands made in the workshop (mine whilst we waited!!) and I also got my wedding earrings and necklace and also jewellery gifts for the bridal party. I cannot thank the team enough, particularly Julie who was always so helpful when I popped in with questions. She was always so lovely and made our experience so personal. Most of my jewellery is already from Skinny Wrists so felt lovely to have that continued with jewellery for our special day. I will miss having an excuse to pop into the store to have a chat with Julie. Also big thanks to Jess who was as helpful and lovely as always as I went back and forth between choosing hoop sizes! The quality of the jewellery is brilliant and a wonderful team to make the experience of choosing a joy. Thank you so much.
I purchased a beautiful stone ring for my partner . It exceeded my expectations and my partner is thrilled with it . The customer service was second to none , such friendly and helpful staff , nothing too much trouble . Lovely jewellery , I will be back .
Would not recommend. I bought memorial jewellery in January 2025 via their second website 'Cherish Me' and due to their lack of care, they hadn't updated their website to their new address and so I sent the ashes to the old address (apparently there should have been a free returns envelope in my pack but due to another lack of care that was not including) and they were never to be seen again! It took months to receive my item as I had no idea the ashes had gone to an old address and just assumed there was a turnover time for personalised jewellery. This was a special birthday gift for my mum so, against my better judgement, continued with the purchase and I had to send more ashes with the promise they were trying hard to get hold of the previous ashes. There was barely an apology and when there was, there was no emotion behind it and despite receiving a refund for the postage, I was never offered any form of refund or goodwill gesture. I finally received the item at the end of June and I am now being ignored regarding the status of finding the previous ashes. I can only assume they ended up in a bin - terrible service - please avoid.

Honestly I’m in love with this jewellery it’s so beautiful and love it , I have never had beautiful jewellery until I got a cord bracelet with an elephant and love it so much I never take it of , to the point where I have another cord bracelet coming and it’s got a letter k , I wish this store was in Scotland in my area cause I would be in there a lot . Out standing lovely owners and staff in this shop and great serivce , please stop apologising for not having the silver in to make it has I have said I’m not in any rush for it so take your time . You are amazing company and friendly staff . Best company for every day jewellery I have never come across . I’m away to see the earrings now to see which one I should order .

Poor customer service! Ordered a personalised bangle for a friends 30th birthday! And it came miss spelt! Mistakes happen I understand but the service I received there after was shocking! No real apology at all from the staff and when I asked for some compensation (as I then had nothing to give to my best friends on her 30th) I was told there was nothing they could do! No money off , no gift voucher nothing,just that it would be replaced in a few days ! Not only this but the actual way in which I spoke to was the most appalling, very very unprofessional! Will certainly never be bringing my customer here again!
