In September I bought a bracelet from here. Very pleasant staff, nothing too much trouble. And this week I had a ring made smaller, very pleased with it.

Took my Bering watch for a new battery. Replaced it in no time at all for £10. Really friendly and polite. Good old fashioned professional service . Would recommend. Also they've got some lovely watches for sale.
Went to this shop on Monday at 4 50pm door was locked (closing time was stated as 5pm). Lady came and opened the door but was plainly ready for home . I left and returned the next day this time at 4 30pm a different lady served me she was polite attentive and a pleasure to buy from.
Polite service - got my watch battery changed for 8 quid. Shame I forgot to ask for a receipt for warranty on battery - so just one star off for this as i should have received one. But all in all very nice and friendly service.
