   Was told one price when I brought my iPad in for a screen repair and then it was nearly double the price when I came to pick it up. Also having the day off pick up be delayed cause of struggling to get the part, which I can understand as I can struggle to get parts for work sometimes, but for ME to phone up and find out is bad. Just send a message or phone me if there’s a delay. This is really poor standards an wouldn’t recommend to anyone. When I got home, I also found that the touch response on my iPad that was, supposedly repaired, is terrible. UPDATE: Now I’m being blamed for YOU giving me the wrong information on price cause you said £100, I checked by saying “£100, that’s not bad” and you replied with a confirmation. You also seemed to miss that I mentioned that the touch response is poor, which might indicate that you knew and didn’t tell me, which is just proving to me more that you’re scamming people.

   Terrible AVOID at all costs!!! …… 3 attempts to change a charge port, it was fine bar that….. they had it from mid June - October, when I got it back the keyboard and mouse pad no longer work and it gets hot. Ruined my Mac, left me without it for months then charged me £200 for the privilege. They made up for it all with a super generous £40 refund though. Amazing!

   Put my slow laptop in yesterday for them to speed up. Not only did they do that but they noticed I only had 4GB of RAM so they installed an 8GB unit and cleaned the whole thing up in less than 24hrs. Will def be using these guys again.Thanks

   Screen cracked on iPhone. After being messed around by another company for a week with no fix, I popped into Alsager Computers at 11am and had a call by 1:15pm on the same day to say the replacement screen had been fitted and the phone is ready to collect. Reasonable pricing too. Definitely go back for the next inevitable cracked screen!
