   Jay and team are amazing I feel ive found a friend in jay and nothings ever too much such a warm kind hearted lady who goes out of her way to support offer advise of the differential therapies and treatments available. Their is a large array of crystals cards books ...ect .No pushiness. Some places just want to sell you their ware. Jay and their team does not do that they go out of their way to offer & give some great advice.More so and not forgetting their amazing colleagues and array of therapies they offer.

   Had a very odd and unfortunately negative experience visiting today with my mum and 3 children. The 2 staff stood and watched us continuously from just a few feet away, in total silence the entire of our visit, they didn’t chat together or enquire if we needed any help or basically give off any kind of friendly, customer service vibe. My children were quiet and respectful and didn’t touch anything delicate or breakable. I felt uncomfortable like our presence was being tolerated rather than welcomed as customers and if it wasn’t for not wanting to disappoint my daughter, who had asked to come and pick a few things, I would never have spent money in the shop. My mum enquired about a crystal as a gift and she was given short, unforthcoming answers from the gentleman. The whole experience was overwhelmingly negative and just honestly the strangest thing to experience in a shop.

   We visited here for the first time on Saturday, as soon as you walked in the person behind the counter term gave a very negative energy. Another customer came in asking for advice, my wife been polite also gave some advice as yes she does know what she is talking about, she gave the crystal to the customer, the shop worker took it and slammed it on the counter and gave an awful attitude. We put back our items and declined to buy anything. We have never been to a Crystal/ metaphysical store and ever felt such negative energy. We will definitely be staying clear from here, disgusting attitude from the shop worker. Not the first time from what we have heard from others. Avoid, such negativity will pass on to anything bought and will need a good cleansing of bad energy.

   Lovely shop! Came here earlier this week! Bought many different items and was given a great offer! Thank you. They have so many amazing items. there’s great selection of high end and low end priced crystals. Some pretty sought after ones as well! (Moldavite, Larimar!) theres a good selection of witchcraft items as well! Especially good for someone who is learning. A good shop for someone on a budget. But also good for someone who wants to find some centre piece items! Highly recommend! :)

   My favourite place in the world! Jay, David and Kim are wonderful! So friendly and inviting! The crystals and incense are gorgeous and such great prices! I have a reiki session every month and come away feeling lighter than I went in, and Jay has allowed me to start healing in ways I never imagined possible! I’m having my Reiki level 1 course soon and couldn’t think of anyone else doing it with me! Broomsticks is the best place for all things witchey and wonderful xxxx
